FAQ
Do I need an account?
No. Plipo works without sign-up. Your purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so you can restore them on a new device from Settings → Restore purchases.
How accurate is the diagnosis?
Plipo uses an AI model and shows how confident it is. A clear, well-lit photo of the affected leaf gives the best result. Treat the result as guidance, not a guarantee — if a plant matters a lot to you, check with a local nursery too.
Can Plipo tell me if a mushroom or wild plant is safe to eat?
No, and it never will. Misidentifying something you eat can poison you. Plipo declines these questions on purpose.
What happens to my photos?
They stay on your phone. When you scan, the photo is sent once to be analysed and is not kept on our servers. See the privacy policy for the details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Plipo → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
